Chancellor Gate has onsite laundry facilities located on the main floor of each building, and a security entrance with an intercom.
Chancellor Gate is located in an attractive residential area in southwest Saskatoon. There is quick access to Circle Drive; nearby are schools, shopping, churches, and recreation facilities.
The building is located across the street from an elementary school and H. S. Sears Park.
Rent includes heat, water and one energized parking stall. Tenants are responsible for power.
Extra outside energized parking is available for $35/month.
Cats are permitted with a monthly non-refundable pet fee (per pet), pending approval of pet application. Dogs are permitted in Building C, with a monthly non-refundable pet fee (per pet), pending approval of pet application.
Six and twelve month lease terms are available to new and current tenants (if eligible).
