Suites at the Samuel de Champlain include parquet floor in the bedrooms, ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. Refrigerator and stove may be included if necessary at a minimal cost. All suites have a large balcony.

The Samuel de Champlain is a well-maintained eighteen-storey building. The indoor pool is located on 18th floor of the building along with a roof top terrace and a splendid view of the city. Sauna, intercom, elevators, garbage chutes and laundry room are available.
There is a superintendent and a client service representative on-site, as well as 24-hour emergency service.

LES APPARTEMENTS (Montcalm)
Les appartements de La Place Samuel de Champlain ont des planchers de bois franc et de la tuile céramique dans la cuisine et les salles de bain. Si nécessaire, un réfrigérateur et une cuisinière peuvent être ajoutés à des frais minimes. Chaque appartement a un grand balcon. Plusieurs appartements ont été récemment rénovés.
L'IMMEUBLE
Le Samuel de Champlain est un immeuble de dix-huit étages bien entretenu. L'immeuble offre une piscine intérieure avec sauna au 18e étage et une terrasse sur le toit avec vue imprenable sur la capitale. Dans l’édifice, il y a aussi un intercom, deux ascenseurs, une chute à déchets à chaque étage et une buanderie au sous-sol.
Il y a un concierge résident, un service 24h et un représentant au service à la clientèle sur place.
Il y a également une nouvelle cour réaménagée pour les cllients de tous les âges.
