I filled my vacancy. I had a person call within 48 hours from posting the ad, and it worked out. More often, it takes a longer time to post and many potential candidates before I rent out the place, but this time it worked out faster. I like RentBoard better than other "free" websites. Somehow RentBoard provides better tenants.
