The unit has been moderately updated with refinished countertops, newly added built in dedicated desk area in the living room, and comes fully furnished. All windows are full-sized and above ground level allowing for lots of natural light!
The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and closet space. The second bedroom has a double bed with closet space. There is no access to laundry but is negotiable depending on the length of the short-term lease.
This is a great space for visiting working professional, young couple, or university students. Maximum occupancy for this suite is 2 adults + 1 child.
