The property also includes a spacious backyard, patio, and relaxing hot tub. I am seeking a single tenant who is non-smoking, drug-free, and ideally interested in a long-term stay, beginning with a month-to-month lease. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, conveniently close to Highway 2 and Main Street. Grocery stores, gyms, shopping centers, and more are within walking distance.

Rent is $700 per month plus 25% utilities which comes to around $100 or less extra.
