There is a onetime cleaning fee of $195 and onetime move-in fee of $200.

Bed setup: 1 x queen, plus 2 x twin size air mattresses (linens included for the air mattresses)

Free Parking: available on location (underground secure)

Included: linens, towels, cable TV (basic), Wifi Internet (free), washer/dryer (on suite), full kitchen, and AC (portable or central)

NOT included: Toiletries, condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup, etc.), soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper (2 rolls are complimentary upon arrival), and paper towels
