Located 10 mins away from Cochrane, 30 mins from DT Calgary, and 40 mins away from Canmore, you will be close enough to the action, while still being able to enjoy lake life!
This cottage is a 3-bedroom wonder which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a cozy living room with electric fireplace, a large eat-in kitchen, and a basement entertainment area!

-Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor, the room boasts two single size beds

-Bedroom 2: Located on the second floor, the room has 1 king bed

-Bedroom 3: Located in the basement, has queen size bed

Living Area: Enjoy gathering with your group near the fireplace and playing a board game! The living room area boasts large sofas - can be turned into a sofa bed which is ideal for larger groups.

Bathrooms: The cottage has 2 fully-equipped bathrooms.

- Bathroom 1: Located on the ground floor - it's perfect for access from the kitchen, living, and dining area. It has storage under the sink, mirror, bathtub + shower combo. Has Steam Shower

- Bathroom 2: Located on the second floor and easily accessible from the 2 upstairs bedrooms, it features a large soaker tub, a toilet, and storage under the sink.

Kitchen: fully equipped for your stay - we made sure to include everything you will need to showcase your culinary skills:

- Electric Kettle
- Coffee maker along with complimentary coffee.
- Basic cookware and kitchen utensils for 8 guests.

Outdoor area: Just outside the cottage, you will have access to a private BBQ and patio table with seating.

Rent will be 30 days +, Does not include Utility's. House also runs on a septic system, depending on amount of water used, you are responsible for disposal . Approx cost is 250$ , it is a simple phone call and the truck comes. There is 400 cottages in community doing the same thing. A alarm will soon when tank is 80% full and you make a call for pick up
