Currently rented and available for September 1st, 2023. Please note, I will not be showing until the 1st week of August. I will be accepting application forms in the meantime and will be calling applicants back to book a viewing. Upon acceptance, we would be collecting a damage/security deposit and the first month's rent would be collected on or before September 1st at the start of the lease.

Pet dog would be negotiable and smoking would be permitted outside only using a fireproof waste container.

Renter would pay share of the utilities and Rogers Unlimited Wifi Gig mbps speed package available for a shared cost for additional $55/month.

Located in north Okotoks on Carr Crescent, in a popular and mature neighborhood, 3 minutes from No Frills grocery store and the highway to Calgary, as well as pharmacy and sports complex all close by as well. Any lease would be a fixed lease to start with possibility for re-occurring lease in the future. Minimum fixed term lease is 6 months up to 12 months. There is no month to month rental available. The lease would also require leasee(s) to have renters insurance and proof available prior to move-in.
