I have been happy to call Westpark Ridge my home for 2 years. Renting here has been hassle-free. Repairs are done in a timely manner. My neighbours are friendly, and any issues are dealt with promptly. My suite is full of large windows and feels both spacious and cozy. The large patio area adds a wonderful space to relax in the summer! And covered parking is a huge plus in the winter. Five star is not enough to show how happy we are with Westpark Ridge Apartments. It was winter this year when we looked for an apartment here in Edmonton. Westpark Ridge was the first apartment we saw online that has the specific thing we were looking for in an apartment which was in-unit laundry. My Mom and Aunt travelled to Edmonton to check the apartment and they loved it! The apartment manager was very accommodating and kind (Kudos to Marissa). My mom and aunt took the apartment right away. Fast forward to living in the apartment. So far so great, Marissa, the apartment manager is indeed the best! She responds quickly to maintenance requests or other sorts of requests and inquiries. The community is nice and peaceful. There is a small plaza with a daycare just a walk away from the apartment. In addition, there's also a big plaza nearby(5mins drive) with Walmart, Safeway, Shoppers, Dollarama and some fast foods. The neighbourhood is nice as well. Very quiet and other tenants are very nice. Also, I want to mention the thing I love the most in the area. Just across the street of the apartment, there is a long beautiful hiking/biking trail. And It's close to West Edmonton Mall too! It's one ride if you take a bus. Lastly, it's very very close to Whitemud highway. All in all, very satisfied and happy tenants here!
