All utilities, power, gas, water, sewer, GST, parking stall, maintenance/landscaping/snow removal, building insurance (not contents), exterior/mechanical/structural repair, common area cleaning, garbage disposal, 24/7 security monitoring and on site management. Fully-furnished kitchenettes, double Bed, dining table/chairs, dresser/wardrobe, full-Size fridge, microwave, electric frying pan/toaster oven, coffee machine, cutlery and access to our on site convenience mailroom/vending consumables (cleaning/snack/hygiene products)

Lease Terms: 6 and 12 month apartment suite rates for one person, studio suite lower level $899.00 | studio upper level $999.00 | one bedroom $1,199.00 (designated Smoking, short term monthly, and pet friendly suites available in limited supply)
Rent Due on the 1st of every Month. $50 per day late penalty up to 14 days until eviction notice.
