$950 Turn-key lease

At Windmill Suites, we provide safety and comfort for single occupant adults. Proof of full-employment and previous landlord reference required to apply. No credit check necessary.
Each suite includes in rent: individual Shaw High-Speed Internet and wall mounted flat screen TV with Shaw HD cable, as well as all utilities including power, gas, water, sewer. Plus GST, parking stall, maintenance/landscaping/snow removal, building insurance (individual contents insurance must be purchase seperately), exterior/mechanical/structural repair, common area cleaning, garbage disposal, and 24/7 security monitoring. Moving in has never been easier with our fully-furnished kitchenettes, double beds, dining tables, chairs, dresser, wardrobe, full-size fridge, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster oven, coffee machine, cutlery, and access to our on-site convenience mailroom and vending machine.
We offer flexible lease terms, including 6 and 12-month apartment suite rates for one person.
Our studio suite lower level starts at $950 per month while our studio upper level is available at $1050.00 and one-bedroom suites start at $1250 Additional occupants can be added for an extra $200, and month-to-month occupancy $100. We also offer designated smoking and pet-friendly suites in limited supply.
A non-refundable security deposit of one month's rent is required to hold a suite.
Rent is due on the first or before, late penalty of $50 per day to a maximum of four days.
