Welcome to Windmill Suites - your new home away from home! Our family-owned apartment conversion community has been proudly serving the working class of Edmonton since 1997.


Our fully furnished suites are designed to offer you the ultimate in convenience and comfort. Each suite includes individual modem/ethernet Shaw High-Speed Internet and Shaw HD Cable & flat screen TV, as well as all utilities such as power, gas, water, sewer, GST, parking stall, maintenance/landscaping/snow removal, building insurance (not contents), exterior/mechanical/structural repair, common area cleaning, garbage disposal, and 24/7 security monitoring.


Our fully-furnished kitchenettes, double beds, dining tables/chairs, dresser/wardrobe, full-size fridge, microwave, electric frying pan/toaster oven, coffee machine, cutlery and access to our on-site convenience mailroom/vending consumables (cleaning/snack/hygiene products) make your move-in process hassle-free.


Lease terms are flexible and include 6 and 12-month apartment suite rates for one person, studio suite lower level $899.00 | studio upper level $999.00 | one bedroom $1,199.00. We also offer designated smoking, short-term monthly, and pet-friendly suites in limited supply.


We understand the importance of a secure and comfortable living space, which is why we require a security deposit of one month's rent. Rent is due on the 1st of every month, and a $50 per day late penalty applies up to 14 days until eviction notice.


Our dedicated team is here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Windmill Suites has on-site management, and our superintendent, Ionut (John) Minel Baluta, is always available to assist you.
