MUST BE IMMUNIZED FOR COVID This suite has been upgraded in May of the year 2016 to make it aesthetically pleasing to the eye, it includes the following: new floors, new kitchen floor cabernets, and fire and soundproof insulation in the ceiling. This suite is located in a renovated house in the prestige neighbourhood of Belgravia in Edmonton Alberta. It has beautifully landscaped gardens, with a well-kept high cedar fence. The U of A, Hospital, Cancer Clinic, and LRT are within 5 minutes of walking distance. To enter the suite one will use the side door of the house, then use the door in the basement to enter the private suite. The suite has a lot of natural sunlight, with the help of three windows, it is fully furnished with the following included: utensils, dishes, laundry, bed, and bedding with a Tea Maker and a Starbucks Coffee Maker. A NEAT, TIDY, CLEAN, QUIET, MATURE individual need only apply. THIS MUST BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES My husband and I are looking for someone that has a quiet lifestyle and is a student, nurse, doctor, or grad student. T.V, Internet hook up is the tenant's responsibility. HERE IS A REVIEW OF ONE OF MY TENANT'S. I lived in this wonderful apartment for almost 8 months this past year, and I have so many amazing things to say. I do not even know where to start. As an out-of-province graduate student, I wanted to find an apartment in Edmonton that made me feel safe, welcome and was very cozy. All of my expectations were exceeded when I moved into this apartment and met the landlords. I’m so sad to be leaving!!! Here are some key characteristics of this apartment that make it absolutely wonderful: 1. The apartment itself: The apartment is a basement suite, and the entrance is shared with the upstairs tenants, but the apartment itself feels separate and is very cozy. You have your own shoe mat and mail box, making it feel like a little home. The apartment is also very clean, and the kitchen was just recently updated with new flooring and new countertops. I absolutely loved cooking in there! The bathroom, the bedroom and living space are very big, making it very spacious. My bedroom also was the comfiest bed, and the closet had so much storage for my clothing. Also, even though this is a basement suite, it is very warm; even when it hit -30, I always felt warm down there. Another great thing about this apartment is that the landlord includes appliances, furniture (bed, sofa, hangers, chairs, table, bookshelf) and cutlery and pots and pans with the apartment. Coming from a different province, this was the most ideal situation I could ever have asked for. 2. The location: The location of the house is so very close to campus. From the street you can even see the Kaye Clinic. It takes me about 10 minutes to walk to the gym on campus. I am also about 6 minutes away from the Jubilee Health Sciences LRT stop, and so I can get anywhere from the LRT line. Not only am I close to campus but I can walk to Whyte Avenue to get to groceries, the Farmers Market and restaurants. Also, in the fall and spring I loved running along the river valley trails. This house is about 2 minutes away from the main trails and the river!!!! The location is ideal if you want to be close to campus, yet have access to other parts of the city as well. 3. The people: I had such a great experience with the landlords and the neighbours here. They are all very welcoming and such nice people! The landlords made sure that I always had what I needed, and if anything needed to be repaired (which very rarely happened) they fixed it within hours! Very dedicated and welcoming. I’m very sad to be leaving such an amazing place!!!!
