Hello. Looking for someone to rent out a room in my spacious apartment. Together with coordination we can both fully enjoy the kitchen for cooking, living room for relaxing and balcony. I am a mature female. Not looking for party types. Would prefer mature, working male or female; but any age is ok as long as you treat my home as a home . I don’t allow overnight guests or alcohol in apartment. All in the interest of keeping the place safe for both of us. Building is secure, clean and safe. Close to bus routes. Easy to park nearby, either paid or unpaid. I have a cat and would consider a pet of yours if we can make it work. You can bring your own furniture or use what I have. Need someone immediately.

I smoke. but I’m not home very much so I don’t think it will bother you. I have good air purifiers and one of them can go in your room if you want..

Dont mind if you smoke. No marijauna. It is a violation of lease.
