It is a 2 bedroom apartment.
Hi I am 64 years old. I am clean. I work a lot. I don’t allow drinking just to keep it a safe space. I smoke but am not home that much. The place is well ventilated and I have a very good air purifier. I have a cat.
You can use this bed or you can bring your own.
I live on 5th floor and there is an elevator.
Looking for someone mature that hopefully works.
Also I am very strict about Covid 19. I work with the public but alwsys wear a mask and gloves when I go out. Even in elevator and laundry room. I sanitize daily. Sometimes twice a day.
But I am friendly and easygoing. The overall apartment is big and spacious and safe.
There is a bus stop right out side our door going in both directions. We are 15 min away from West. Edmonton Mall. Please I prefer you email me or text.
