Renewal of streets and sidewalks will be over soon; new walks and roads! Bike routes are all around: 83 AV and 106 ST are the closest, and Saskatchewan Drive is good. There are numerous east-west Whyte AV buses to University of Alberta and University Hospitals; Route 52 passes on 104 ST: North--> Downtown or South-->Southgate.
There are 2 car parking spaces available behind the house: one ahead of the other (tandem).
The utilities bills (heat, power, water/drains/waste, internet) are split between the two units; internally metered to make it fair.
Minor garden chores and snow clearing are shared with the other tenant.
The upstairs and garage are separate, and not part of this unit.
