We’ve had such a great experience renting this duplex! The place was always well taken care of, and any time something needed attention, it was fixed quickly without any hassle. Communication was super friendly, easy to reach, and they genuinely cared about making sure everything was good for us. We were very lucky with neighbours from each side. The duplex itself was cozy, clean, the backyard was a treasure - so much nature, squirrels, hares and birds, I was even able to grow some veggies there! And house is in a perfect spot, especially if you like walkable communities - transit access, parks, ice rinks, trails, ravine and lookouts on the city. It really felt like I was in my small hometown at times! Even though we are moving, I am very sad to leave as it was my favourite place to rent.
