Why is this place so cheap?  Ok, here's the scoop.... 

  1. The kitchen is straight out of the 70's or sometime in that era.
  2. The windows are original wood.

  4. The hardwood floor in the hallway and master bedroom is showing wear.

Otherwise, she's a beauty.  If 70's flooring and laminate countertops don't bother you, if blue bathroom tiles don't scare you either and you don't mind throwing down an area rug on the hardwood floor, then this place is for you. It's a very solid house with good bones. It's structurally and mechanically very sound.
