A cozy two bedroom basement suite in a beautiful and central neighbourhood.

We are located:

• 10 minute walk to grocery store and shops, as well as the new LRT line
• 10 driving commute to the university campus
• minutes away from multiple bus stops

My partner and I live on the main floor and own the home. We are in our early 30’s, are quiet and clean, and love the outdoors and cooking. Also, we are hoping to adopt a pup this Spring …!

Utilities will be split 60/40 (upstairs/downstairs) and you will be responsible for tenant insurance and wifi.

Unfortunately, we do not accept applicants that smoke, have pets, and are parties of more than 2, including kids.
