Our 2 bedroom unit rents for $1,450 monthly. The tenant is responsible for the gas, power, water, and waste consumption charges in addition to the rent. A Telus Internet/Cable package is included in the rent.

Our rents also include 5 appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer) as well as all window coverings (venetian blinds). There is a full unfinished basement in each unit and a deck off the back of each unit.

Security Deposit is $800.00.

We are pet friendly (SMALL pets only - 1 per unit) and non-refundable pet fees are $250 per pet.
