Included, individual Shaw High-Speed Internet and wall mounted flat screen TV with Shaw HD cable, as well as all utilities including power, gas, water, sewer, waste removal, GST, and parking.
Individual contents insurance must be purchased separately. 
Moving in has never been easier with our fully-furnished kitchenettes, and access to our on-site convenience mailroom.

We offer flexible lease terms, including 6 and 12-month apartment suite rates for one person.

Our studio suite lower level starts at $1000 per month while our studio upper level is available at $1100 and one-bedroom suites start at $1300.00 One additional occupant an extra $200.00 Per month. Monthly, $100 fee, only on lease extensions.

One month's rent is required to hold a suite for the future.
