This like new self-contained suite is in the lower level of our home. You are welcomed through a beautiful gate to your own private entrance and deck.
One of the owners is from the East Coast and misses the smell of the ocean. The other owner is originally from Regina and has been in Alberta for over 40 years. We have attempted to bring our love of the ocean and the prairies together.
The décor is fun, welcoming, warm, and has a wow factor that makes you feel right at home.
This unit has a beautiful side deck entrance where you can enjoy the outdoors and some privacy. As well there are beautiful walking/biking trails just out the door that will take you to Big Lake where you can snow shoe, cross country ski, kayak, etc.
You will have full access to the lower suite and your own private entrance. You can be in and out with a code of four digits of your choosing.
If you love nature, you can enjoy bald headed eagles, the occasional moose and deer. We are close to the Enjoy Centre in St. Albert, lots of biking trails, and only an 8 minute drive to the West Edmonton Mall. You have the best of both worlds -as busy or as quiet as you prefer.
