Newly renovated, beautifully recreated and ideally located next door to NAIT, Artizans House offers clean, safe and beautifully decorated rooms for comfortable shared living. Rent for $700/month with flexible lease terms  from a single month to a full school year. Rent includes utilities, services, cable and WiFi. Artizans House is tastefully furnished, professionally cleaned, maintained and managed. Every detail has been considered. Move in with just your suitcase and bedding. 

Every bedroom in Artizans House is unique and tastefully furnished with style and comfortable living in mind. Each room boasts a locking door, sound-insulated walls, desk, office chair and work lamp to help ease studying. In addition, bedrooms include a bed with pillow-top mattress, area carpet, window coverings and plenty of clothing storage. We can even supply a compact refrigerator for your room. Bedroom costs and sizes vary and only one person per bedroom. Sorry, no couples. 

Artizans House features a bathroom on each of its three levels. The upstairs washroom, shared between three bedrooms, features a full tub with shower, pristine subway tiling, wainscoting, sleek fixtures, vinyl plank floor and ample storage. Similar in style, the lower floor bathroom is adjacent to the two bedrooms on that level. The main floor has a half-bath convenient to the living area. 

For studying or relaxing, the common areas make the grade. Rich hardwood floors, crown molding, recessed lighting and abundant windows shaded with custom blinds; this is a stunning character home you’ll be proud to live in. Three multi-purpose areas on the main floor are equipped with tables, electrical outlets and enough chairs to accommodate everyone. Whether dining in or spreading out the books, you’ll feel right at home. 

Within the living room of Artizans House, you’ll enjoy a 50” flat-screen TV, a plush sofa, leather chair and coffee tables. Free cable, Wi-Fi and high speed Internet completes your entertainment package.

Your safety is a primary concern. Double entry doors with security coded locks control building access. The exterior house and expansive yard is monitored by numerous security lights and cameras. Inside, your safety is assured by integrated smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Ample street parking. On-site parking and secure bike shed storage are available. 

NAIT students and young professionals preferred. No drugs, no smoking, no pets. This is NOT a party house. High standards of cleanliness are required. Cleaning pro assists with deep cleaning.
