This suite is located in a renovated house in the prestige neighbourhood of Belgravia in Edmonton Alberta. It has beautiful landscape gardens, with a well kept high cedar fence. The U of A, Hospital, Cancer Clinic and LRT are within 5 minutes of walking distance. To enter the suite one will use the side door of the house, then use the door in the basement to enter the private suite. The suite has lot of natural sun light, with the help of three windows, it is fully furnished with the following included: utensils, dishes, laundry, bed and bedding with a Tea Maker and a Starbucks Coffee Maker. NEAT, TIDY, CLEAN, QUITE, MATURE individual need only apply. My Husband and I are looking for someone that has a quiet life style and is a student, nurse, doctor or a grad student. T.V, Internet hook up are the tenants responsibility.

We only rent from September to the end of April. The University School Year.
