KITCHEN AREA: The u-shaped kitchen is bright and contemporary and includes a fridge, stove and microwave. There is plenty of cupboard space and a raised eat-in bar area to maximize space. 

OPEN CONCEPT LIVING/SLEEPING AREA: The living area/bedroom is bright and comfortably spacious. It has a large basement window that lets in plenty of daylight during the day, with horizontal wood blinds for privacy and sleeping. Mattress is not provided.

STORAGE ROOM: Included just off the kitchen is an adequate storage area for miscellaneous items.

BATHROOM: This suite has a bright 3-piece bathroom (shower only, no tub). 

LAUNDRY AREA: Shared laundry (with your own laundry cabinet) is situated just outside your suite.

PARKING: Unfortunately a dedicated stall is not available for our basement units. There is plenty of parking nearby, including monthly Impark surface parking next door. Arrangements must be made directly with Impark at an additional cost as per their monthly rate. Impark provides surface monthly parking next door at an monthly rate. Or, community street parking is available with a street pass obtained from the City of Edmonton once your have signed your lease agreeemnent.

AMENITIES: This building is close to the University of Alberta, the University Hospital/Cross Cancer Institute, Safeway, H-Mart, local coffee shops, restaurants (including Earls, Wendy's & Tim Hortons) and LRT/transit etc. Don't spend too much time looking around -- this suite will be gone quickly!
