If your schedule has you moving in part way through the month, I will only charge rent for the days you live at the house. Landlord is friendly and easy going. Looking for mature non-partying type tenants. I will consider allowing certain pets, but if accepted there is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per animal per year. This is a non-smoking house. Utilities are not included. Renter must set up utilities under their own name.
