This is a 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with excellent amenities that would be well suited for a young professional, students, or a small family. When you walk in you will immediately notice the high ceilings and ensuite laundry room directly on your right. Going forward we have a fully equipped kitchen complete with a large two door fridge and roll out freezer, a 4 top electric oven and dishwasher to boot. All of the cabinets are anti slam and provide ample space for cookware plus you have a large double basin sink with its own garburator for any non compostable foods. Both of the bedrooms have great natural lighting as well as blackout blinds, In addition there are noise cancelling features in the walls which have made it so I rarely if ever hear neighbors can't recommend that enough. 

After the bedrooms and kitchen we have a large open area that is great for entertaining guests, watching a movie, or just relaxing after a long day next to the floor to ceiling windows that can be shaded with large rollout blinds or left open for the sun to pour through. The most standout feature of the entire unit is the excellent patio/balcony that adds a lot of extra legroom to the apartment. 

Water and Natural gas are covered, Electricity is not covered but after averaging out my bills you can expect to pay on average $100/month extra in addition to rent. There is secure underground parking with a remote garage key and large storage locker that is great for large items like winter tires, golf clubs and skis. The building is very secure, we have cameras on each floor, 24/7 on call management to deal with any issues and gated key fob entry at all entrances. Lastly there is also an intercom that can be used remotely with your phone to open the front gate to make sure any deliveries, friends or family can access the apartment while you are away.

The unit is currently fully furnished but I am open to leaving some items if you are interested.
