There is a large living room with a functioning wood burning fireplace, dinning area and separate eat-in kitchen that was updated in the summer of 2018. There are two bedrooms and one smaller bedroom/office, each room has good sized closets. There is a four piece bathroom, stacked washer and dryer and a stand up freezer with storage space above. There is a balcony and storage space off the living room on the main floor at the front of the house. The back yard has a large patio space and the 6 foot high vinyl fence provides good privacy.

Utilities are not included and will be split 60/40 with tenant in basement. Payment of utilities is expected with payment of rent on the 1st of every month.
