Fully furnished with three stylish wardrobes, two full size beds / mattresses, two night stands, one dining set, one futon, one balcony chair and table set as well as a TV stand.
The 15th floor has an unobstructed view of the city with mountain views. One of the few on the west side of N3 condo which is probably the best location in East Village. It’s 1 min to the new Central Library, Bell Studio and the City Hall Train Station, 5-8 minute walk to Stampede ground and Scotiabank Saddle dome (home to NHL Flames), and steps to St. Patrick’s Island. Enjoy the location with coffee shops, parks and the river close by. Bicycle storage in the basement. Lots of free street parking lots along 8 Ave SE from 6PM to 9AM. Daytime rate is super low too.
Don't forget we have a well equipped and spacious gym, and a roof patio with BBQ equipment and fire pit. They are all free!
