THE LEASE IS ACCORDING TO UC SEMESTER.  FOR EXAMPLE JAN-APRIL, MAY-AUGUST, SEPT-DEC.  IF ALL PARTIES ARE HAPPY WITH LIVING SITUATION,  THE LEASE CAN BE EXTENDED.

THE HOUSE IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO UNIVERSITY OF CALGARY; EASY ACCESS TO C-TRAIN AND BUS STOP. SAIT AND DOWNTOWN IS 15 MINS BY CTRAIN.

PRIVATE ENTRANCE. THE PLACE IS VERY QUIET AND FULLY FURNISHED. THE KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED. LAUNDRY ROOM IS ONSITE. THE HOUSE IS CLOSE TO GROCERY STORES, SHOPPING MALLS, BANKS AND PUBLIC LIBRARY.

THE LANDLADY WILL PROVIDE NEW BED SHEET, NEW PILLOW AND COMFORTER (IF NEEDED). THE PLACE HAS A HOMEY ATMOSPHERE. MY STUDENTS USUALLY LIVED HERE UNTIL THEY GRADUATED. THIS IS A HOME AWAY FROM HOME SETUP.

RENT INCLUDES UTILITIES AND WIFI AND HIGH SPEED INTERNET.

TENANTS ARE EXPECTED TO CLEAN IN ACCORDANCE TO THE SCHEDULE ON THE CALENDAR. EACH TENANT IS EXPECTED TO CLEAN ONCE A MONTH. ON THE 5TH WEEK, A PROFESSIONAL CLEANER WILL BE CALLED IN.

STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO PAY $30 PER MONTH FOR CLEANING FEES.

FREE STREET PARKING.

QUIET, MATURE LANDLADY LIVES UPSTAIRS. SHE'S SEMI-RETIRED ACCOUNTANT. SHE'S ORIGINALLY FROM SINGAPORE AND HAVE BEEN IN CANADA FOR MORE THAN 40 YEARS. SHE IS A UNIVERSITY OF CALGARY ALUMNI.
