*ROOM MATE WANTED* Conveniently located, close to all amenities. Looking for one roommate to share this 3rd floor (top floor) bright, spacious condo/apartment. Must be employed, non-smoker, no pets.

Laundry available for use (in suite), private bathroom. Shared Kitchen and living room. $800 rent plus 1/2 utilities.

About me:

My name is Alex (he/him), mid - thirties. I just bought this Condo, great spot, close to shopping, bus routes, biking trails. I work nearby, full time . The unit is clean, bright and one of the largest in the building. Note: There is no elevator with an easy 2 flights of stairs.

I move in December 1st, the place will be furnished, including use of all dishes and kitchen things. The bedroom for rent isn't furnished so you will need to bring your own pieces for that room only. I put the possession date in the ad as Dec 15th but you could move in sooner if you need to.

I am pretty relaxed person, hard working, quiet and easy to get along with. If you are as well, please respond.
