Comfortable garden suite with outdoor patio & own entrance

Our sunny,1 bedroom walkout suite is furnished with everything one needs. The kitchen has a dishwasher, large oven, and a large fridge/freezer. The dishes are brand new there is a new toaster and kettle. . There are multiple pots and pans. In the bedroom there are new sheets, new pillows and covers. The queen size bed is 1 year old and very comfortable. There are three large closets and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a deep soaker tub and shower. The living room has a new reclining couch and chair, a large television, coffee table and a gas fireplace. There are many shelves for your books and movies. The entrance to the suite is around the rear of the house and we have lighting that goes on immediately every evening. All windows have blinds. We have fans in all rooms and extra heaters for colder winter days . There is a lovely patio outside that faces our garden with a table and chairs  for your use Please, no party people, smokers, or children. Parking will be on the street unless we are travelling. When we are away the driveway will be yours.. We are also on a bus route that will take you to the Ctrain or down to the Westhills shopping center.

We are in our 70's, and both retired professionals. We have two spoiled cats.
