The bright large main floor BEDROOM can be available for occupancy May 28th to 29th... or June 16th to July 1st after my return from my upcoming 2 week trip and will be rented on a biweekly shared accommodation contract. WHY? Because if you are not happy here no one will force you to stay. I can not emphasize enough how the fit, our quality of life and the "spirit" in our home is CRITICAL to every person who lives in our home.

This beautiful large and bright 12 x 14 main floor Bedroom with a convenient across the hallway bathroom is super exclusive and private. A shared full tub and shower are upstairs and shared with clean and respectful roommates. The house which is incredibly well situated seconds off Deerfoot, Anderson and Canyon Meadows Drive with easy access to most of south Calgary and 11 to 18 minutes to downtown. We all LOVE LOVE our home's location.

I am a mature, happy, positive, spiritual and well centered male owner who plans to snowbird and travel more and share my beautiful home with another mature, respectful and trustworthy and stable roommate. The spacious home has a lovely spa-like living room, family room, dining room and kitchen which can be shared if you're a CLEAN cook. You will live with thoughtful, balanced, considerate and trustworthy owner and co-roommates (3) who will respectfully honor your privacy as you respect ours. We are social and friendly. Quality of life is very important to us.

At times we reasonably visit but the "boys" are very private introverts and keep to themselves most days. Often I only see them at supper time on weekdays and sometimes I don't see them whatsoever on weekends. The boys have been with me for 1 1/2 & 1 years. Previous two were 7 1/2 and 6 yrs with me. I know how to pick the right roommate and my roommates deeply appreciate my doing so. We think of ourselves as a family which is why the energy of our home is sacred to all of us, and we also know it might be enhanced with the RIGHT additional MALE roommate.

This spacious, newly renovated home has a unique peaceful spa environment with access to main floor kitchen, family room, sun room and laundry on the main floor. There’s a large fenced backyard and plenty of amenities with lots of street parking. I also have storage areas for your use. Over 3600 sq ft home in Diamond Cove Estates is off Bow Bottom Trail and minutes off Deerfoot. The #29, is only two blocks away and is only an 18 minute Direct Bus Link to the Anderson C Train.
