ABOUT THE LANDLORD:
I am a professional woman. I have been living in Canada from past 10 years.
You will be sharing the main floor with 2 more female roommates, with large living room with fireplace, adjacent dining room leading to spacious kitchen with all appliances. Shared laundry in main floor. Parking in the garage for a fee or driveway in front of the house for free.
We are peace lovers and value cleanliness.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT:
• To value and respect each other's space
• To Keep our shared space clean/tidy
• No smoking/drinking
• Sorry but pets are not allowed.
• Visitors in house are not allowed.

NON-TOLERANCE POLICY: WILL LEAD TO EVICTION NOTICE
• Intolerance to bullying/harassment
• damage to the property
• littering outside or around the property
• disrespecting housemates or neighbors.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU:
• Photo ID
• References
• Status of employment/ immigration (Any Govt issued proof)
• Tenancy agreement (will be provided after acceptance as a tenant)
• Full damage deposit (Rental amount)
• A friendly attitude.

We are picky to select with who will be living in the house so please be open to answer questions and again, BE CLEAN and responsible.
