The basement includes a bar with sink, full reclining electric theatre seating and a 70' T.V with subwoofer and speakers that are in place and yours to use if you choose, (if not I will put them in the storage room). There is also a pool table for your use.

The basement is your space predominantly except when I need access to get into the deep freeze freezer.

There is an attached garage and you can enjoy 1 spot in the garage! There is small storage shed on the side of the home for items such as winter tires, bikes etc.

I am not a drinker, but go ahead, and please no smoking in the home. I own a Canabis store but don't partake, I don't mind if you partake just outside please.

I like people in general and I work full time. I like to play Xbox when my wife is not around or have a couple friends over or family for dinners on the odd weekend because that is important to me. And I don't have a problem if you do as well, I just want to have good communication. I’m looking at finding the right person or persons who are well balanced and care about family and friends to.

I grew up in the community of Douglasdale and it is a great community to bike ride, quick access to fish Creek Park and shopping a few short minutes away. Douglasdale also has a short golf course that is not too hard on your wallet. My wife comes to stay from Edmonton every couple of weeks or I go there. My passion is droning as im in the process of starting a drone and media company.
